T.W. Lewis Luxury Leasing

OUR STORY

T.W. Lewis is an Arizona based real estate investment company with a 20-year history of luxury homebuilding and outstanding customer service. The Company earned its reputation for high-quality single-family homes in Metropolitan Phoenix by building approximately 200 to 300 homes per year for over 20 years from 1991 through 2012. Our commitment has always been to quality, rather than quantity, and that value lives on as T.W. Lewis enters a new era as a diversified real estate investment company. During our long history of luxury homebuilding, T.W. Lewis has delivered over 5,000 exceptional homes to families throughout the greater Phoenix area, weaving T.W. Lewis into the fabric of their family story.

In September of 2011, a new chapter opened for T.W. Lewis when it entered into a partnership with David Weekley Homes, a well-respected, national private builder. Under the new partnership, homes will be marketed in Arizona as T.W. Lewis by David Weekley Homes, with Founder and CEO Tom Lewis remaining active for several years.

Although no longer considered a homebuilder, T.W. Lewis continues to be an integral part of the Arizona real estate landscape through its luxury leasing division, residential land development and other real estate investments.
